Pieces in stock are posted within 3 working days. Made-to-order pieces show how long they take on their page.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected], then post it back within a further 14 days, unused and in its original condition. You'll get a full refund of the price and the standard postage, within 14 days of it arriving back. Return postage is yours to pay.

Pieces made to order or personalised for you can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't as described, email a photo within 30 days and Hollie will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
